Well, you should almost certainly have unzipped both files to the main or alternative, if you have one set that you wish to use Poser content directory, which by default would be something like DAZStudio 3Content in your documents folder, then if you are viewing the Content palette in category mode you'd have to do a search or if you are using folder view you can just go to the folder listed for the figure; double-click the cr2 icon to load the robe.
Please can somebody guide me to how i move on with this download. Mac or Windows? What content is it most items are fairly tolerant about which content directory they go in but a few items will have extra requirements? My Library would probably be the correct location if and only if the zip has no extra folders - open the zip and look to see which the first folder is, my guess is you will see a Content or My Library folder in there.
If there are extra folders before you get to the Data and Runtime and so on folders then you need to take the contents of those and merge them into the My Library folder. I purchased several products and the funds have been taken from my bank account, but I see no way to download what I bought. There doesn't seem to be any link to download can anyone help? Ordered about 15 hrs ago. I don't know how long it typically takes, though you might bear in mind that there was a discount coupon expiring last night which probably bumped up the order volume and so might have added to the delay. That's right! And, I was happy to have the discount. So, I just need to be patient.
Thanks for the response. There's a sticky in the Marketplace Customer Support forum explaining how to install Rendo purchased content into Daz. My only problem with this site is that there are many products that do not work the way they should.
Also many are for operating systems that are outdated by a few years. I give this site four out of five stars for ease of use, amount of products, the ability to use it to find other similar sites, and the ability to share your own creations with the growing community of members.
I think that there needs to be a way to report bad products and have them removed when they are proven to be unusable. If they could get rid of the clutter of bad products more easily, this site would be at its best.
Thank you. I generally have a good experience with Renderosity. Now not so great I gave a 1-star rating and the vendor took it personally and came after me. Instead of just contacting me and seeing what is wrong and how to fix the product issues. So I am so glad I decided to go back and look at the review and product to make sure it was not me.

Keep me signed in. The setup process is self-explanatory, as the setup wizard guides you through the process of choosing the folders that will store your content. You can install your content in the default DAZ Studio content folder, or into an external Content directory in any folder that lies outside the DAZ Studio installation folder. Products that are more recent may include a separate file that contains the DAZ Studio-specific files such as material settings.
When you order a product from DAZ , check to see if there are separate files included with the product that have the letters DS toward the end of the file name.
Install the files along with the base product if you plan on using the product in DAZ Studio.
